Hi there and welcome. It’s important to find a therapist who feels right for you, so here is a little about
my approach, please do feel free to get in touch with me to explore the possibility of working together.
I view the therapeutic relationship as an alliance or a collaboration where we work together in a process
of inquiry and discovery. I offer a space of deep listening and compassionate presence where all of you is
welcome. I aspire to be alongside you with curiosity, warmth and a sense of humour.
I know from my own experience that we are all inherently whole and well regardless of the struggles in
our lives; sometimes amidst deep suffering we discover our own light. We all have our own unique ways
of resourcing ourselves and I consider this an important aspect of our work together.
For me, being in Nature is one of my greatest joys and ways of resourcing myself. Dance and Meditation
are also practices that deeply nourish and sustain me. I hope to support you both in your difficulties and
challenges and in embracing what brings you joy.
